About this role
Provide on-the-road IT support to ensure restaurant technology stays operational 24/7. You will maintain networks and systems, troubleshoot end-user issues, coordinate vendor quotes, and create disaster plans for business continuity.

- Keep IT systems running 24/7
- Determine network maintenance and growth needs
- Create and administer disaster plans
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot computer problems
- Contact vendors for quotations and manage supplier negotiations
Technical Overview
Support and maintain network and computing environments by applying knowledge of network architecture plus operating systems, software, and hardware. Build and administer disaster plans and perform ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting for users.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support experience with a comprehensive understanding of network architecture. They can troubleshoot hardware/software and support restaurant technology systems on the road, including maintaining uptime, updating systems, coordinating vendor quotes, and creating disaster plans to keep operations running during crises.
