About this role
This internship supports BorgWarner Thermal Systems in Finance by assisting with month-end activities and core AP/AR functions in Cadillac, MI. Responsibilities include journal entries in SAP, fixed asset inventory support, invoice and variance research, cash application, bank reconciliations, and resolving payment receipt issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Journal Entries and enter into SAP for month end
- Assist Accounts Payable with vouchering, reviewing invoices, and researching cost variances
- Assist Accounts Receivable with cash application, bank reconciliations, pro-forma invoicing, and resolving payment receipt issues
- Support fixed asset inventory
- Review pricing discrepancies with the purchasing department for correction and/or process improvement
