The Finance Manager serves as the primary contact for regional operational performance by partnering with Project Managers to track and manage project spending. The role leverages Oracle and business intelligence tools to deliver KPI-driven reporting, profitability analysis, and controls for unique or complicated project situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Managers to track and manage project spending for large startup and capital projects
  • Use Oracle Projects to enhance reporting and manage operational/financial KPIs
  • Handle project reporting lifecycle from creation requests to closures
  • Design and deliver standard reporting for vertical leaders using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, and Oracle ePBCS
  • Oversee authority for expenditure process and develop detective controls and predictive indicators

This role is finance-focused with heavy reporting and systems usage. You will use Oracle Projects, Oracle ERP, and Oracle ePBCS, and build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage operational and financial KPIs and project spend.
