Finance Manager for Alexa AI supporting the science team; lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Alexa AI initiatives, with a focus on automation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the financial planning and forecasting process for science driven business initiatives under Alexa+
- Building and presenting KPI dashboards with financial and business insights each month and quarter
- Owning finance communication with business teams on product performance, long term planning, risks, and opportunities
- Driving automation and scale of financial reporting to simplify processes for internal stakeholders
- Lead deep dives into key cost drivers for month end reviews, forecasts, and annual operating plans
Technical Overview
Strong emphasis on SQL/ETL, KPI-driven analysis, automation of reporting, and AWS financial management; partner with cross-functional teams to scale financial processes for AI initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a finance professional with at least 5 years of experience building financial reports and dashboards, applying KPIs, and driving automation in a cloud-based environment. Strong SQL/ETL skills and AWS knowledge are highly desirable for Alexa AI financial planning and reporting.
