About this role

Amazon Rapid Logistics (AMRL) Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to support investment analytics, new initiatives, and operational models for the SSD network. The role focuses on building financial models, running sophisticated analyses, and communicating clear investment narratives to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Build complex financial models and perform sophisticated analyses for investment decisions
Lead capital planning and optimization including capex forecasting, allocation, and ROI analysis
Define financial and non-financial trade-offs in ambiguous environments
Identify and solve complex data integrity issues
Develop and implement scalable financial solutions to improve tools, technology, and processes

This is a finance strategy role centered on modeling and analytics—capital planning, capex forecasting, allocation, and ROI analysis—paired with data integrity problem-solving and scalable financial solutions. Work includes partnering across teams to define financial and non-financial trade-offs and develop strategy and roadmap items for business initiatives.

They are strong in capital planning and optimization (including capex forecasting, allocation, and ROI analysis) and can clearly communicate strategy, trade-offs, and narratives to business stakeholders in a fast-evolving environment.
