Finance Manager (Financial Control) leads corporate accounting in the US, owning the month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX compliance, with Oracle NetSuite expertise and external audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the month-end close process and approving journal entries to ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting
Managing the account reconciliation process and improving documentation quality
Analyzing monthly and quarterly flux to explain business drivers behind financial statement movements
Building out the local accounting function infrastructure
Supporting SOX implementation and managing external auditor requests for year-end and quarterly reviews

Technical Overview

Environment centers on US GAAP-compliant financial reporting, Oracle NetSuite ERP, and process automation to streamline journal entries and reconciliations. Strong leadership and ability to work independently in a remote setting are required.
