Polaris is hiring a Finance Manager to serve as the primary finance partner for Global Channel and Off Road Vehicle (ORV) Product Line Sales. The role leads core budgeting/forecasting/planning, delivers financial guidance for promotions and dealer profitability, and builds analytics and tools to support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and longrange planning for operating expenses, capital, and promotion spend
  • Serve as primary finance partner to selling channels/product line sales/service teams
  • Provide strategic financial guidance for ORV promotions strategy and retail growth
  • Analyze promotions balance sheet reserve with data-driven analytics to improve forecasting
  • Lead quarterly and monthly financial reviews to reconcile results and recommend actions
