About this role

Lead FP&A for Legence’s Installation & Maintenance segment, owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple business units. Partner with segment leadership and other finance stakeholders to drive performance management, KPI development, and support M&A integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full FP&A cycle (annual budgets, monthly forecasts, long-range plans)
Develop and own consolidated segment forecast
Provide strategic financial insights on project mix, backlog conversion, utilization, margin performance
Lead monthly performance reviews and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Serve as financial liaison for corporate, lenders, and investors and provide analysis on results and forecast trends
