About this role
Support the Amazon Smart Vehicles Finance team by producing forecasting & reporting, building financial models for deal evaluation, and driving financial automation. This role delivers insights that influence executive decisions across costs, resourcing, and commercial negotiation guardrails.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance reports across global, regional, and country levels
- Support cross-functional initiatives with sophisticated financial analysis
- Create complex financial models to improve P&L forecasts and support deal evaluation
- Improve, scale, and simplify finance tools across teams and organizations
- Communicate financial insights and leverage Amazon's AI tools to drive operational efficiency
Technical Overview
Focus on forecasting and reporting cycles (quarterly forecasts, monthly actuals) and annual business plan financials. Build complex financial models to improve P&L forecasts and use Amazon's AI tools to improve operational efficiency while communicating results across global/regional/country levels.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Financial Analyst experienced with forecasting & reporting, annual business plan financials, and complex financial modeling for deal evaluation. They can produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting across multiple geographies, communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, and drive efficiency using Amazon's AI tools in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
