Financial Analyst

This Financial Analyst role supports manufacturing plant operations by providing accounting and analytical services that turn operational and financial data into business insights. The position covers performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, ad hoc and regular reporting, and analysis of customer profitability, capital projects, inventory, and capacity utilization.

• Collaborate with plant management, supply chain, and production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Analyze performance and recommend actions to maximize financial return
• Prepare and analyze operational results, trends, customer profitability, capital projects, incentive plans, budgeting & forecasting, and special projects
• Perform and coordinate regular and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis
• Support inventory management and capacity utilization insights while investigating financial transactions

The work is primarily financial analytics and reporting in support of plant operations: operational results and trend analysis, customer profitability analysis, capital projects support, budgeting & forecasting, and evaluation of financial transactions. The role also emphasizes compliance, controls, and policy adherence in financial handling.

The ideal candidate is an early-career Financial Analyst who can support manufacturing plant operations with accounting and analytical services. They are comfortable turning operational and financial data into insights for costs, margins, capital investments, and performance, and can handle budgeting & forecasting, reporting, customer profitability, and capital project analysis. They also demonstrate integrity through compliance, controls, and policy adherence, with willingness to travel up to 25%.
