Financial Analyst I - FP&A (Mid-Level)

This role supports FP&A forecasting, planning, and financial modeling to solve business problems and deliver actionable insights. You will produce recurring/ad hoc financial reporting and analysis while partnering with regional leadership and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk policies.

• Develop financial forecasts/plans and implement forecasting/planning process improvements
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and analysis including cost benefit analysis
• Conduct financial research and provide value-added business decision support
• Analyze product assignments including product pricing and product profitability
• Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies

The work is focused on finance analytics: forecasting and planning processes, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and ad hoc research to support decision-making. The role also emphasizes risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and control within compliance guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level finance professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience performing financial/accounting analysis and preparing financial reports or financial plans. They are strong in FP&A activities such as forecasting, planning, and financial modeling across profitability, liquidity, capital, leverage, and asset/liability management, while consistently operating within regulatory and compliance guidelines.
