About this role
Financial Analyst II role in Pacific Life's Enterprise Business Insights team supporting expense management, journal entries, and executive reporting, with heavy use of Oracle EDM/EPBCS/PeopleSoft and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries to support expense management
- Track enterprise project expenses and provide financial governance
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Maintain EDM metadata in Oracle EDM
- Ad hoc budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
Technical Overview
Strong FP&A focus with ERP/EPM tooling (Oracle EDM/EPBCS, PeopleSoft); data governance, budget forecasting, and dashboard/reporting capabilities; requires advanced MS Office skills.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level FP&A professional with 2-5 years of experience, proficient in Oracle EPM/EDM, PeopleSoft, and advanced MS Office; capable of delivering executive-level reporting and driving expense management for enterprise initiatives.
