About this role
This role supervises a fleet maintenance shop under a Maintenance Manager. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor directs a team of technicians to perform preventive maintenance and repairs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and federal/state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction to A, B and C level and lead technicians to ensure safe and timely repairs
- Monitor operational performance and redirect activities
- Supervise technicians with huddles, fleet walks, coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct Quality Control Inspections and oversee inspections of outside repairs
- Oversee repair diagnostics, road testing, and maintenance shop inventory control
