Supervise a fleet maintenance shop under a Maintenance Manager, directing technician teams to perform preventive maintenance and repairs safely and efficiently. Own repair planning and scheduling, quality control inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance shop inventory control while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and federal/state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct technician teams for safe, efficient, timely repairs
- Plan and schedule repair work to reduce lost productivity
- Perform Quality Control Inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulations
- Oversee repair diagnostics and road test vehicles as needed
- Manage maintenance shop inventory control and approve expenses within budget
