Supervise a fleet maintenance shop under a Maintenance Manager, leading a technician team responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs. Plan and schedule repair work, ensure quality through inspections, and maintain inventory and equipment readiness while meeting safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide direction to A, B and C level and lead technicians to ensure safe, efficient, timely repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor operational performance and redirect activities
  • Supervise maintenance shop operations including daily shop huddles and fleet walks
  • Conduct Quality Control Inspections and track issues to resolution
  • Oversee repair diagnostics and road test vehicles when necessary

Oversees complex vehicle and equipment maintenance covering engines, emission systems, transmission, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Manages repair diagnostics and may require road testing vehicles to determine repairs, while enforcing quality control inspections and compliance with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced fleet maintenance supervisor who has led maintenance technicians and ensured preventive maintenance and repairs are performed safely and on time.
