This temporary Principal Engineer role owns the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of an employee-facing ServiceNow mobile application for iOS and Android. The position leads engineering standards for the ServiceNow Mobile Experience, integrating ITSM and HR service workflows and ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own technical architecture and engineering standards for ServiceNow employee mobile experience across ITSM and HR
  • Lead hands-on ServiceNow Mobile development, configuration, and customization for iOS and Android
  • Collaborate with product, ServiceNow administrators, HR owners, UX/UI, security, and integration teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions
  • Provide technical oversight of integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies for end-to-end mobile workflows
  • Drive technical excellence via agile delivery practices, ensuring stability, performance, and development velocity

The role is accountable for ServiceNow-based mobile engineering across ITSM and HR, including requests, incidents, approvals, knowledge, and notifications.
