The Sr. Manager of Sales Data Products (Group Sales) builds data solutions that support B2B group travel sales strategies. This role translates CRM and sales analytics needs into data product requirements, dashboards, and account performance reporting through agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate B2B sales needs into data product requirements and use cases
- Build and manage user stories, dashboards, and account performance flows
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver insights
- Monitor group and corporate business metrics and build reports for optimization
- Document sales data processes and ensure governance compliance (including UAT and system demos)
