About this role
This role supports CarMax vehicle flow and inventory operations by maintaining zones and securely receiving, moving, and prepping vehicles. The associate scans vehicles for accurate status, performs cleaning and reconditioning tasks, executes the Photo Station process, and provides exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute processes as defined by work instructions/standardized work
- Maintain daily lot maintenance and security
- Secure and receive shipped vehicles; prep vehicle and title packets
- Complete scanning to ensure accurate product status
- Perform wash/vacuums and Photo Station process
