About this role
The Flow Inventory Associate maintains zones, manages vehicle receiving and shipping, completes inventory scanning, and supports lot readiness through wash, merchandising, and photo uploads. The role also ensures security and cleanliness aligned with CarMax 5S standards and provides exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute standardized work instructions for zone maintenance
- Complete scanning for accurate product status
- Secure, receive, and prep vehicles and title packets for shipping
- Perform wash/vacuum and front-lot wash and Photo Station process
- Maintain cleanliness/security per CarMax 5S and follow OSHA/EPA/PPE requirements
Technical Overview
Operational workflow role involving inventory scanning, vehicle status management, and photo capture/upload to carmax.com, plus completion of Workday Learnings and workstation certifications. No additional technical systems beyond Workday Learnings are named.
