About this role

CarMax Flow Inventory Associate maintains vehicle flow on the lot, performs inventory scanning, receiving/shipping, and lot maintenance while delivering strong customer service and accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities

Execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized work
Maintain daily lot maintenance and security
Complete scanning of vehicles to ensure accurate product status
Prep vehicle and title packets for shipping to other locations
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers

Technical Overview

Role involves data entry and inventory processes with minimal technical stack; uses inventory scanning and photo/documentation workflows; adheres to CarMax 5S, OSHA/EPA standards, and leverages Workday training paths.

Ideal Candidate
