About this role

Performs zone maintenance, vehicle receiving/shipping, inventory scanning, and general lot operations with a focus on accurate status reporting and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Execute processes as defined by work instructions and standardized work
Maintain daily lot and display security
Secure/receive vehicles shipped to CarMax
Complete scanning of vehicles to ensure accurate status
Complete wash/vacuum and photo station tasks

Technical Overview

Manual vehicle scanning and data recording; adherence to 5S and safety standards; photos and documentation for shipping.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level inventory associate capable of maintaining the physical lot, handling vehicle movement, and providing solid customer service while adhering to 5S standards and safety rules.
