About this role
Flow Inventory Associate (Part Time) maintains on-site vehicle flow, performs inventory scanning, and prepares vehicles and documents for shipping while delivering customer service and adhering to standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized work
- Maintain daily lot maintenance and security
- Complete scanning of vehicles to ensure accurate product status
- Prep vehicle and title packets for shipping to other locations
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Technical Overview
Limited technical stack; uses inventory scanning and data transcription workflows with Workday training; adheres to safety and EPA/OSHA standards.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a part-time entry-level inventory associate with a valid driver's license, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working onsite in Madison, TN. They should demonstrate data accuracy, basic inventory workflows, and strong customer-service focus to support vehicle receiving, scanning, and shipping prep.
