Key Responsibilities
- Oversee FSQA department daily activities
- Lead FSQA Supervisors and Technicians
- Verify production practices from raw materials to finished product
- Develop and maintain HACCP/HARPC & SSOP programs
- Manage budgets and safety initiatives
Technical Overview
Leads HACCP/HARPC & SSOP programs; ensures regulatory compliance (USDA/US GMP); utilizes SAP and EIM for quality operations and inventory control
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced FSQA leader with 5+ years in food manufacturing, strong HACCP/SSOP/USDA/GMP background, and proven supervisory capabilities to manage budgets and plant safety initiatives.
