About this role
The Foodservice Account Manager will develop and lead Kate’s Real Food’s foodservice strategy, overseeing distribution in College and University dining, corporate dining, hotels, and other away-from-home channels. The role requires strong relationship building with customers and brokers, and travel to client appointments and shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer partnerships to drive sales and create long-term value
- Work with partners to ensure distribution growth and opportunity execution
- Pursue and develop new business opportunities and relationships
- Monitor account pricing to remain highly competitive while maintaining ROI
- Participate in key account events and broker communications
Technical Overview
Role relies on relationship management, pricing analysis, broker coordination, and data-driven tracking using Microsoft Office tools; interaction with larger foodservice networks and programs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a proactive foodservice account manager with at least 3 years in CPG/sales support, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. They should excel at building partnerships across operators and brokers and be comfortable traveling to client sites.
