Key Responsibilities

Solve hard problems at scale with enterprise customers
Hands-on architecture and engineering using Kore.ai Platform
Enterprise architect engagement: design reviews and blueprints
Lead customer-facing technical workshops and POCs
Document reusable patterns and drive platform-wide adoption

Technical Overview

Proficient across multiple clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs and microservices, distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns, and AI agent frameworks; strong pre-sales and design-review capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

Senior forward deployed engineer with extensive enterprise experience and a track record of architecting AI-enabled solutions for Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers.
