Role focuses on owning product outcomes for Scale AI's enterprise deployments, embedding with customers to drive production-ready AI solutions, and translating customer realities into durable platform input. It requires strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership to coordinate product delivery from contract to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product outcomes for enterprise accounts
  • Drive deployments from contract to production
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with VP/C-level buyers and senior technical leads
  • Translate real customer workflows into high-signal input for core platform teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve blockers through appropriate channels (with FDEs)

Technical Overview

Requires a deep understanding of AI/ML platform constraints, ability to discuss architectural tradeoffs with platform engineers, and capability to translate customer workflows into actionable platform requirements. Non-pipeline PM with hands-on deployment experience is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with 6+ years of experience shipping enterprise AI deployments, comfortable with VP/C-level stakeholders, and able to translate customer realities into durable platform requirements.
