About this role
Foundry Technology Operations (FTO) Product Owner at AMD, owning product execution from presilicon planning through high-volume manufacturing sustainment, interfacing with external foundry partners and internal teams to optimize performance, yield, reliability, power, area, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning product execution from presilicon planning through high-volume manufacturing sustainment
- Acting as the primary technical interface with external foundry partners
- Setting expectations for foundry process capability and driving alignment to product requirements
- Optimizing and monitoring process targeting for performance, power, area, yield, reliability, and cost
- Running and interpreting models to optimize wafer layouts and identify yield and cost-saving opportunities

Semiconductor manufacturing focus with emphasis on wafer-level planning, process capability, yield management, and cross-functional program management in a hybrid environment in Austin.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has hands-on fab/foundry experience with end-to-end product ownership in semiconductor manufacturing, strong ability to model yield and process optimization, and excellent cross-functional communication across internal teams and foundries.
