Key Responsibilities
- CEO coaching and strategic advising (
- Fundraising and investor relations (including SAFE, priced rounds, term sheets)
- Strategic network development and warm introductions
- Support prioritization, hiring, and capital allocation decisions
- Operate as an active advisor with regular 1-2 hours/week cadence
