About this role
Franchise Ramp is seeking a Franchisee Success Manager to manage client relationships and maximize ROI across Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising efforts for franchise clients. The role is fully remote with a focus on monthly Zoom meetings, data review, and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly Zoom meetings with clients to discuss results and strategy
- Review client CRM data to analyze lead conversion rates
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Management to adjust campaigns when performance metrics are not met
- Manage Facebook Ads Manager settings and review performance metrics
Technical Overview
Primarily customer success with exposure to Meta Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools. Strong emphasis on data-driven insights and client communication.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level customer success professional with at least 3 years in client-facing roles, strong experience in Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ads, and a proven track record of communicating results effectively via Zoom. They should be comfortable with remote work, upselling opportunities, and collaborating with account management to optimize campaigns.
