About this role
Franchise Ramp is hiring a Franchisee Success Manager to lead recurring client Zoom meetings, review performance and CRM data, and help clients maximize Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising value. You’ll also support upsell opportunities and coordinate with account management for campaign adjustments when metrics aren’t being met.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly Zoom meetings to review results and plan next steps, Review CRM data to analyze lead conversion rates, Identify upsell opportunities, Make minor campaign adjustments with account management when metrics lag, Manage Facebook Ads Manager business settings and monitor performance
Technical Overview
This role is not a pure engineering position but requires a practical understanding of Meta Ads platforms (Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Manager) and Google Ads to make minor adjustments and communicate strategy. You will analyze CRM lead conversion data, monitor performance metrics, and support touchpoints focused on lead conversions and automated campaign improvements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer success experience and can run structured Zoom-based review meetings focused on performance, lead conversions, and problem-solving. They are comfortable analyzing CRM data, identifying upsell opportunities, and making minor adjustments within Facebook Ads Manager/Meta Business Manager and Google Ads platforms. Strong communication and a proactive, helpful approach are essential.
