About this role
The Fraud Hub Lead Engineer leads the architecture and delivery of enterprise fraud prevention platforms, integrating AI/ML with secure, scalable systems. The role partners with risk, compliance, and product teams to translate regulatory requirements into engineering outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define engineering strategy for Fraud Hub
- Build and lead global engineering organization
- Establish standards for availability, security, and model risk management
- Own end-to-end architecture and real-time fraud platforms
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Cyber, and Legal
Technical Overview
Role encompasses AI/ML solutions for fraud, real-time streaming platforms, cloud-native architectures, MLOps, and security governance. Requires hands-on capability to review architectures, code, and deploy AI in production with model lifecycle management and monitoring.
