Freight Audit Payment Analyst, Business Operations-Variable

Freight Audit Payment Analyst, Business Operations-Variable, is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and processing freight invoices to ensure accurate payment to carriers and service providers. The role identifies discrepancies, resolves issues with LSPs and internal teams, and generates KPI reports to optimize freight costs.

• Audit freight invoices: Review and audit freight invoices against contracted rates, shipment details, and terms
• Identify billing discrepancies
• Resolve billing issues with LSPs and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with payment terms and timely payments
• Generate reports on freight audit findings, cost savings, and KPIs

Auditing freight invoices against rates and terms; collaboration with procurement/payables; use of TMS and other freight audit systems; data analysis and reporting for cost savings.

The ideal candidate is a logistics analytics professional with a bachelor's degree and experience in freight auditing, accounts payable, and working with transportation management systems. They should be able to collaborate across procurement and logistics to drive cost savings and KPI reporting from Austin, TX.
