About this role
Provide front desk and concierge services at Caesars Las Vegas, including taking, recording, and canceling reservations in the Hotel Information System. Coordinate VIP needs, assist with guest requests and services, handle complaints, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Take, record, and cancel reservations in the Hotel Information System
- Provide five-star concierge services and personalized guest support
- Coordinate VIP Agent Functions (Check in, Checkout, Keys and Mail)
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quality assurance follow-up
- Arrange and confirm guest services (e.g., restaurant reservations, gifts, tickets, dry cleaning, errands)
Technical Overview
Primary systems include the Hotel Information System and a work order system for guest request handling. Responsibilities involve structured call and report logging (exceptions, regret logs) and accurate reservation and service coordination workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a guest-service focused front desk professional with at least 1+ year of relevant experience handling hotel reservations and providing concierge-level service. They communicate clearly, stay professional under pressure, and are knowledgeable about casino promotions and local events.
