Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hotel billing and billing requests
- Run referral/denial and Non-Zero reports
- Answer incoming calls within three rings and perform callbacks
- Process guest charges/comps and manage credit card authorizations and refunds
- Adhere to PCI Compliance and handle billing disputes
