FT Retail Sales Associate

This role is responsible for delivering an excellent CHEF'STORE customer experience while supporting both checkout and sales-floor stocking activities. The associate processes accurate POS transactions (including scanning, lookup, and weighing), checks receipts/cart contents, and performs inventory receiving, labeling, and rotation to manage shrinkage.

• Provide CHEF'STORE customer service at checkout and on the sales floor
• Process POS transactions accurately using scan gun/10 keypad and product lookup
• Perform cart-to-cart transfer and receipt checking with tamper inspection
• Receive inventory and stock shelves with correct rotation and quality audits
• Maintain merchandise labeling and support shrinkage management

The technical scope is retail checkout tooling and inventory workflows, including POS (Point of Sale), held-held scan gun scanning, 10 keypad entry, countertop scales weighing, and barcode verification. It also includes inventory receiving, stocking, product rotation, labeling, and quality/shrinkage-related checks.

The ideal candidate is a retail sales associate who can work a Full-Time Day schedule (30-40 hours) with flexible availability and weekends. They can accurately handle POS transactions, scanning and barcode lookup tasks, and they’re able to support inventory receiving, stocking, product rotation, and shrinkage management on the sales floor.
