Technical Overview
Own end-to-end engineering work with a focus on scalable, secure, and resilient system design. Emphasize testing, observability, maintainability, and modernization of frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure on AWS.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-to-lead full-stack engineering manager who owns work end to end, from discovery and design through delivery and support. They consistently deliver scalable, secure, and resilient systems, lead complex feature implementation with strong testing/observability, and mentor engineers while partnering closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
