This is a full-time remote Contact Center Customer Service Rep role focused on customer verification and eligibility for client products. You will answer inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and transfer customers to the appropriate departments during a fixed weekday schedule.

They pay close attention to detail to ensure callers are eligible for the products, and they can reliably work remotely with hardwired high-speed internet while following a consistent weekday schedule.
