About this role

This position will implement, tune, and recover procedures for mission-critical enterprise systems and support global infrastructure, administering complex environments and ensuring data integrity and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support complex environments including core infrastructure tools and technologies
Review monitoring, capacity and configuration management of complex technologies, ensuring acceptable performance and adherence to all defined service level agreements
Perform hands-on administration tasks including installation of infrastructure management tools, configuration of technical environment, backup configuration and recovery
Provide Tier 2 (infrastructure) support; follow escalation processes as defined
Create and maintain standard operating procedures and other necessary documentation

Technical Overview

Role covers core infrastructure tools, monitoring, capacity/configuration management, backup/recovery, and adherence to security and governance requirements such as HIPAA/SOX/GDPR; ITIL-based incident/change management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT infrastructure admin with 3+ years in large corporate environments, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with backup/recovery, monitoring, and capacity/configuration management.

Must-Have Skills
