About this role

Capital PMO Co-Op (Fall 2026) at Hershey will work with the Capital PMO Team to manage capital project data, develop dashboards in Power BI, and assist in the capital planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review capital submissions for quality
  • Transform data using Power BI to maintain dashboards
  • Improve data management strategy
  • Support in-year and next-year capital planning
  • Act as primary contact for budget groups

Technical Overview

Tools include Power BI and MS Office Suite; exposure to capital budgeting, dashboarding, and cross-functional coordination.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a rising junior or senior majoring in engineering, supply chain, or finance who can contribute to capital budgeting activities, has exposure to Power BI, and demonstrates strong communication and analytical skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Must-Have Skills

Majors: Any EngineeringSupply Chainor Finance-related Majors (BS Degrees)At least 2 years of coursework completedProficient in MS OfficeAbility to communicate with a wide variety of audiences
