About this role
Geek Squad Agent provides frontline technology support in a Best Buy store; assists customers with device setup and basic repairs and collaborates with other agents for complex repairs. The role is on-site, part-time, and requires flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout
- Understand technology issues and provide accurate next steps
- Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement
- Monitor service queues and provide status updates
- Maintain knowledge through certified training and collaborate with fellow agents
Technical Overview

Ideal Candidate
