About this role

GenAI Product Analyst will support the development and delivery of innovative AI solutions within a brand-new Generative AI team at AIG. The role focuses on defining product vision, analyzing user behavior, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI-enabled Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Advocate for customer needs in defining innovative digital solutions and product vision
Analyze trends and user behavior to provide actionable insights
Conduct research to identify personas, pain points, and journeys (A/B testing, data analysis)
Drive prioritization of product features and maintain roadmaps
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver solutions

Technical Overview

Experience with Tableau/PowerBI or other analytics tools; strong emphasis on agile product management, backlog management, epics, user stories, roadmaps, and KPI reporting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level GenAI Product Analyst who can craft a product vision for AI-enabled insurance solutions, with 3+ years in product management and strong experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and data-driven decision making.
