About this role
This role implements and configures Genetics Suite products for assigned clients, including assessing current workflows and documenting future-state workflows. The specialist trains clients, supports testing/validation, and coordinates project milestones through regular client communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Client implementation and workflow documentation
- Deliver System Configuration Training and Super User Training
- Create/review/revise test cases and review client test cases
- Perform smoke-testing of software deliveries
- Support validation techniques and escalate project risks
Technical Overview
The position focuses on configuration and implementation activities using SCC’s development tool, including managing requirements, test cases, and release notes. It includes smoke-testing software deliveries and supporting client validation techniques and end-user training.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level implementation specialist who can train clients and support the end-to-end rollout of Genetics Suite products. They are comfortable assessing client workflows, documenting future-state processes, managing test cases, and coordinating regular client check-ins via calls and Webex.
