About this role
Serve as the go-to GoHighLevel expert for wedding venue clients, troubleshooting and configuring their systems in real time. You will support clients through Slack and Zoom, fix workflow/calendar/form/phone routing issues, and handle basic website updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix GoHighLevel workflow, calendar, form routing, and phone/SMS routing issues
- Configure and optimize GHL setups for client accounts
- Support clients via Slack and Zoom with clear walkthroughs
- Perform website updates using basic HTML/CSS and CMS edits
- Manage multiple client requests across channels simultaneously
Technical Overview
Hands-on administration of GoHighLevel including workflows, triggers, calendar configuration, form routing and notifications, and phone/SMS routing. Also includes managing Meta Business Suite/Facebook Business Manager access for ad campaigns, plus basic HTML/CSS and CMS/domain/hosting updates.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a GoHighLevel power user with 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel administration experience. They can independently troubleshoot workflows, calendar/form routing, and phone/SMS routing, and confidently support clients via Slack and Zoom with clear, friendly guidance.
