Manage multiple group insurance accounts for the Premier Account Management team, focusing on retention, profitable growth, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a mid-level account manager with 3+ years of experience servicing multiple small to medium financial/insurance accounts and driving retention and profitable growth. They have an active Life and Health Insurance license (or can obtain it within 30 days) and can manage complex customer relationships through consultative planning, enrollment/sales coordination, and service issue resolution while traveling at least 30%.
