About this role
Premier Account Manager position within Prudential’s Group Insurance (GI) Premier Client Relationship Management team. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate enrollment/sales/support, develop business plans to retain and grow accounts (100-500 lives), and help resolve issues to achieve profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned book of business and advance customer specific business plans
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners
- Present financial components of re-rates with premium and claim comparison analysis
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and coordinate enrollment/sales/support services for 100-500 lives
- Update reporting source systems and provide coaching/mentoring
Technical Overview
This role is non-technical but heavily process-driven around insurance account administration and reporting. Work includes re-rates premium and claim comparison analysis, updating reporting source systems, and coordinating operational inputs (enrollment, sales, support) using Prudential internal processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Group Insurance account manager who can strategically and consultatively manage a book of business and grow profitable revenue through retention and expansion. They have strong broker and client relationship skills, can coordinate enrollment/sales/support services for accounts (100-500 lives), and hold an Active Life and Health Insurance license (or obtain within 30 days).
