About this role
Account Manager role supporting Prudential’s Group Insurance (GI) Premier Account Management team. You will manage relationships for new and existing customers, develop customer specific business plans to retain and profitably grow accounts (100-500 lives), coordinate enrollment/sales/support services, and maintain customer satisfaction through consultative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically and consultatively manage assigned book of business
- Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Relationship Managers to identify business growth opportunities
- Coordinate enrollment, sales and support services for 100-500 lives
- Build relationships and collaborate with internal partners to implement new business and resolve service inquires
- Update reporting source systems and provide coaching and mentoring
Technical Overview
Non-technical role focused on insurance account administration and relationship execution. Work includes coordinating operational service delivery (enrollment, sales, support), maintaining accurate internal reporting via reporting source systems, and presenting information through strong written/verbal communication.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Group Insurance account manager with a proven record of servicing multiple small to medium financial/insurance accounts. They can build customer specific business plans, coordinate enrollment/sales/support for 100-500 lives, and actively partner with consultants, brokerage firms, and third-party administrators while holding an Active Life and Health Insurance license (or obtaining within 30 days).
