Flex is hiring a Global Account Manager (US Remote) responsible for managing critical power solutions and services to hyperscaler accounts in the data center space. The role focuses on account growth, relationship management, negotiations, contract compliance, KPI delivery, and risk reporting to the business.

  • Deliver growth within existing accounts
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships and resolve issues
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage quote/change order pricing
  • Oversee projects to maximize Operating Profit (OP) and drive efficiency programs
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure KPI achievement

This role is commercial and operational, centered on selling Power Distribution Equipment and Low Voltage Power Distribution products (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, Modular) to Data Center accounts. It also requires heavy use of Salesforce for pipeline and sales activity tracking, plus execution oversight tied to Operating Profit (OP) and KPIs.

The ideal candidate is a senior sales/account management professional with at least 8 years of experience managing large, key hyperscaler and data center accounts. They have direct experience selling Power Distribution Equipment and Low Voltage Power Distribution products (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, Modular), and are comfortable running commercial and contract negotiations while managing pipelines in Salesforce.
