Drive business and digital change by partnering with senior leaders to shape operating models, processes, and digitally enabled ways of working. Provide structured options appraisal and pragmatic recommendations while helping build repeatable enterprise change playbooks within the Strategy Realization Office.

• Partner with senior leaders to shape future-state operating models and ways of working
• Provide structured independent analysis (options appraisal, benefits assessment, delivery feasibility)
• Define and evolve Strategy Realization Office service offering, standards, and ways of working
• Create and evolve program-level playbooks and blueprints for repeatable, scalable change
• Establish program frameworks that support incremental delivery and measurable wins

Not a hands-on delivery role, but requires a digital-first understanding of how systems, data, platforms, and automation enable (or constrain) business change. Produces analysis covering technology implications and delivery feasibility, and defines program frameworks for incremental delivery and measurable enterprise wins.
