Lead the development, deployment, and adoption of AI-enabled products across Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets (GCM) franchise. Own AI strategy, partner with technology and business teams, drive adoption through training and ambassadors, and integrate external vendor tools and data sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help define and execute GCM AI strategy across capital markets workflows
  • Collaborate to scale AI solutions with Strats and engineering teams
  • Drive adoption, training, and internal AI ambassador network
  • Evaluate and integrate external technology platforms and financial data sources
  • Monitor product quality and adoption metrics and refine capabilities

Technical Overview

Define and execute AI product strategy for capital markets workflows, including building an ecosystem of AI agents and ensuring responsible deployment within enterprise and regulatory frameworks. Evaluate and integrate external platforms and financial data sources, while measuring adoption and product quality through usage metrics.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced AI/product leader with a strong background in capital markets workflows (investment banking, trading, or related fintech). They have led the lifecycle of AI-enabled products end-to-end, including defining AI strategy, building AI agents, driving adoption, and integrating vendor/platform solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
