Global Process Owner for re:Cycle Reverse Logistics, responsible for defining packaging standards and解决 global packaging solutions, managing packaging procurement, audits, and continuous improvement across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop organizational packaging standards - work instructions, process flows, and touch time analysis
- Build and maintain global packaging materials catalog, standardizing definitions and packaging solutions across facilities
- Design and manage circular supply chains for packaging recovery
- Create feedback mechanisms routing packaging quality data back into standards
- Own packaging quality, lifecycle, and procurement metrics globally
Technical Overview
Governance of packaging processes and supply chain optimization; engages with cross-functional teams to surface gaps, drive standardization, and ensure compliance and security of packaging operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a packaging and supply chain professional with 4+ years in packaging, reverse logistics, or related operations, capable of defining packaging standards and driving global cost reductions through Six Sigma and cross-functional collaboration.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in supply chainbusinessengineeringfinance or related technical or quantitative fieldor 4+ years of industry work experience2+ years of supply chaininventory management or project management experience4+ years of experience in packaging engineeringsupply chainlogisticswarehousingor reverse logistics operations
