About this role
This role supports AMD’s Global Component Channel by owning sales operations execution—sales planning, forecasting, analytics, and quarterly close support. You will provide executive reporting and drive process improvement initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and operational rigor across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Global Sales Operations partner for Component Channel
- Collaborate with Global Channel Sales leadership on business planning and execution
- Provide operational support for revenue, margin, and share tracking
- Accurately forecast sales performance with variance analysis
- Lead process improvement and modernize operational workflows with analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools
Technical Overview
The technical scope centers on advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to modernize sales operations workflows and improve decision-making. You will analyze sales performance and variances, support P&L activities, and deliver executive-ready reporting based on revenue, margin, and share metrics.
